At Amazonia Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods or custom products, may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact our customer support team at support@amazoniarepublic.com to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
3. Ship the item back to us, including your return authorization.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
